delta Opioid receptor抗体 [HL2724]

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) boiled and unboiled 293T whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with delta Opioid receptor antibody [HL2724] (GTX639551) diluted at 1:2000 and competitor's antibody (Highly Cited Antibody) diluted at 1:2000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
