eIF2 alpha (phospho Ser51)抗体 [GT1203]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with eIF2 alpha (phospho Ser51) antibody [GT1203] (GTX00965) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

WB analysis of NIH-3T3 cell extracts with/without Calyculin A (100 nM, 37ºC, 30 min) treatment after serum-starvation overnight or TNF-α (20 ng/ml, 37ºC, 30 min) treatment using GTX00965 eIF2 alpha (phospho Ser51) antibody [GT1203].
