eIF4E抗体 [HL1555]

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with eIF4E antibody [HL1555] (GTX637030) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

eIF4E antibody [HL1555] detects eIF4E protein at cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse kidney.
eIF4E stained by eIF4E antibody [HL1555] (GTX637030) diluted at 1:100.
Antigen Retrieval: Tris-EDTA buffer, pH 8.0, 15 min
