eNOS antibody detects eNOS protein by western blot analysis.
A. 30 μg THP-1 whole cell lysate/extract (untreated)
B. 30 μg THP-1 whole cell lysate/extract (100 nM Phorbol 12-Myristate 13-Acetate treatment for 6 hr)
C. 30 μg THP-1 whole cell lysate/extract (100 nM Phorbol 12-Myristate 13-Acetate treatment for 24 hr)
5 % SDS-PAGE
eNOS antibody (GTX129113) dilution: 1:1000

Whole cell extract (30 μg) was separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with eNOS antibody (GTX129113) diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
