p22phox antibody detects p22phox protein at cell membrane and cytoplasm by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded human colon cancer.
p22phox stained by p22phox antibody (GTX133970) diluted at 1:2000.
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Various whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membranes were blotted with p22phox antibody (GTX133970) diluted at 1:1000 and competitor's antibody (sc-20781) diluted at 1:100.
