Detection of human p37 protein in HeLa whole cell lysate using GeneTex p37 polyclonal antiserum GTX70287.

p37 antibody detects p37 protein at nucleus by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: p37 protein stained by p37 antibody (GTX70287) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
