Indirect ELISA analysis was performed by coating the plate with recombinant (MAPK14 peptide, MAPK14 (phospho Thr180) peptide, MAPK14 (phospho Tyr182) peptide, and MAPK14 (phospho Thr180/Tyr182) peptide) (15.63 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with p38 MAPK (phospho Tyr182) antibody [HL2740] (GTX639569) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p38 MAPK (phospho Tyr182) antibody [HL2740] (GTX639569) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

p38 MAPK (phospho Tyr182) antibody [HL2740] detects p38 MAPK (phospho Tyr182) protein at cytoplasm and nucleus by immunohistochemical analysis.
