Lane 1 : untreated MCF cells
Lane 2 : MCF cells treated with nocodazole at 100 ng/ml for 48 hrs

ICC/IF analysis of HeLa cells treated with 100 nM Doxorubicin for 24 hrs using GTX00678 p53 (phospho Ser315) antibody [#18].
Dilution : 1:1000 in 1% BSA in PBS, overnight, 4 degree C
Fixation : 4% PFA, overnight
Permeabilization : 0.25% Triton X-100 in PBS for 10 min
