p70 S6K (phospho Thr389)抗体 [HL3738]

Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with p70 S6K (phospho Thr389) antibody [HL3738] (GTX641928) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

Specificity test was performed by coating the plate with recombinant RPS6KB1 non-phospho peptide, RPS6KB1 (phospho Thr389) peptide, RPS6KB2 non-phospho peptide, and RPS6KB2 (phospho Thr388) peptide (250 ng/mL). Coated protein was probed with p70 S6K (phospho Thr389) antibody [HL3738] (GTX641928) (1 μg/mL). Goat anti-rabbit IgG antibody (HRP) (GTX213110-01) (1:10000) was used to detect the bound primary antibody.
