xCT / SLC7A11抗体 [HL5661]

Renilla knockout (KO) and SLC7A11 knockout (KO) unboiled HCT116 cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with xCT / SLC7A11 antibody [HL5661] (GTX646470) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.

xCT / SLC7A11 antibody [HL5661] detects xCT / SLC7A11 protein by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: A549 cells were fixed in ice-cold MeOH for 5 min.
Green: xCT / SLC7A11 stained by xCT / SLC7A11 antibody [HL5661] (GTX646470) diluted at 1:500.
Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] (GTX628802) diluted at 1:1000.
Blue: Fluoroshield™ with DAPI (GTX30920).
