Summary This antibody reacts with a wide variety of simple epithelia. It does not react with stratified squamous epithelia. It reacts with epithelial tumors of the gastrointestinal tract, lung, breast, pancreas, ovary, and thyroid.

Summary Reacts with reduced and to a lesser extent non-reduced MMP-3. The propeptide is shed after activation; therefore, the antibody recognizes the pro-form of MMP-3 and not the active forms. May be used to distinguish the latent from the active form of MMP-3. Recognizes Stromelysin-1 and Stromelysin-2, but not Stromelysin-3 or other MMP family members.
