Summary This antibody is raised against mouse c-Abl (P00520-1) phosphorylated at Tyr226. Based on sequence homology, it is predicted to react with human c-Abl when phosphorylated at the corresponding residues - c-Abl (isoform a) Tyr226 or c-Abl (isoform b) Tyr245.

Summary Osteopontin is directed against human osteopontin. The antibody recognizes the full-length osteopontin protein (which runs at 66 kDa on westerns), as well as the C-terminal fragments of both thrombin and MMP-cleaved OPN. The 32 kDa MMP-cleaved C-fragment is recognized, but not the 40 kDa N-terminal fragment.
